Dear Phuong, I am writing this email to sincerely thank you for the excellent organization of our trip to Vietnam. It was a truly wonderful experience - very complete and very well coordinated. We enjoyed every moment of the journey and greatly appreciated all the work you put into making everything run smoothly. We were also very grateful for the massage in Can Tho, the last-minute flight change to Phu Quoc, and your help with recharging our SIM card. Overall, everything went very well. We absolutely loved the itinerary—everything was perfect! The guides you chose were fantastic. Huan and Hong Anh Dang were so knowledgeable and shared so much about your beautiful country with us. Their English was excellent, and it was also wonderful to have a female guide on the team. The hotels were great, and the evenings spent with local families were a real highlight. The bus was very comfortable, and the driver was friendly, careful, and professional—TOP marks! We were especially lucky with our Halong Bay cruise: only ten people on the boat, a fantastic guide, and the weather was incredible—clear skies and perfect visibility.
