Our Customer Feedback
Hello Nhung,
What a wonderful surprise this palace in Sapa is once again.
We deeply appreciate the tranquility and relaxation of this sumptuous and luxurious establishment: it's a perfect retreat after the bustling days we’ve had since our arrival.
What magnificent discoveries we’ve had in the program you organized for us.
Incredible landscapes and settings, remarkable encounters, and extraordinary people everywhere in the local life. The guides were all different but so passionate and engaging (little Linh, so endearing, Hang, and Sam, so dedicated and professional). The drivers were experienced (especially Cuong in the North, who is our favorite: so kind and attentive… and an expert at navigating the mountain roads to keep us safe).
Truly, everything about this trip has been outstanding from start to finish… and we will certainly share it with our family and friends.
We will also leave glowing reviews on social media for Kampa Tour.
The day after tomorrow, at 6:30 am, we’ll head back to Ho Chi Minh City for our flight back home to Australia.
Thanks to you, we will carry unforgettable memories of everything we experienced. And we will return, that’s for sure!
Everything was perfect for us!!!
We know and can say that the entire Kampa Tour team worked perfectly, especially you, Nhung, who understood exactly what we wanted!!!
So, a thousand thanks… we are enjoying these last hours to relax… it feels so good in this splendid setting and under such amazing conditions.
Big hugs to you… we’ll stay in touch.
Also, the accommodations everywhere were of high quality, impeccably clean, and the welcome we received was extraordinary, especially from the ethnic communities who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service!!!
To not be satisfied would be disrespectful to all these wonderful people (though we know that some tourists can be ungrateful at times: that’s not us, we appreciated everything to its fullest and were often deeply moved. Rachel even cried several times from emotion… but shhh: I didn’t say anything).
THANK YOU
Eric and friends
Dear Nhung,
I finally find the time to write to you and share the impressions that our journey to Vietnam left on us.
Beyond the wonderful memories of the 23 days we spent in Vietnam, there is a particular aspect of this trip that I wish to share with you.
My wife and I have traveled fairly extensively. Not as much as we would have liked, but over the years, we have had the opportunity to visit several countries and have learned to organize our trips quite competently and independently. We have never participated in an organized tour and have always chosen our destinations, itineraries, and experiences based on our readings about the countries we visit and our personal tastes and interests. For Vietnam, our starting point was the same, and you may recall that to define our itinerary, we initially sent you a very precise and detailed travel plan.
It was based on this initial input that, by working on the proposed itinerary and clearly understanding the type of interests that drive us, you were able to enhance your proposed plan in a remarkable way, enriching our days of exploration. I believe it was clear to you that our goal was not only to discover the monuments, tourist spots, and numerous beauties of the country but also—and I would say, in hindsight, especially—to become acquainted with the rural world of Northern Vietnam and to meet, as much as possible, the ethnic minorities who inhabit it. Thanks to you and the efforts of your agency, we surely achieved this goal.
More than once, after a day when Ngoc had guided us through the wonderful countryside and villages of Pu Luong, led us through the tea plantations of Moc Chau, showed us the different faces of the mountains around Sapa and Cao Bang—from the more touristy areas to what Sapa probably looked like 50 years ago—and taken us along the winding trails near Bac Ha, my wife and I remarked that such experiences would never have been possible without the preliminary organization provided by you and without the presence of an expert guide like Ngoc, who knows the mountains and their people so well.
In Vietnam, we experienced a new type of travel, where our prior research and decisions served as a foundation for your work, enabling you to create an itinerary that fully matched our desires. You demonstrated the added value that an attentive agency, tuned into the client’s interests and curiosities, can provide by offering us unexpected and delightful experiences.
We therefore thank you, Nhung, as well as your agency, for the excellent work you did and for all the memories we brought back with us from Vietnam!
We hope to see you soon for another journey to share with you!
With our best regards,
"Good evening Mrs. Trang,
We have returned home and resumed work, though with a bit of nostalgia after discovering your beautiful country.
We had an excellent trip; everything was just as planned. Our guide Thien made the stay very enjoyable by scheduling visits during less crowded times. Always kind, cheerful, and speaking excellent English, he shared his knowledge and the great cultural richness of his country. He always gave us great advice. Thank you also to Mr. Long for his careful driving and kindness.
In Cambodia, Mr. Tra (short for his name) also adapted the visit itinerary to less crowded times. He added a temple visit and the visit to the Angkor Scent Workshop. We ended up visiting the floating village of Kampong Phuck, which was closer than the one originally planned, and there weren't too many people yet. This allowed us to visit a local market as well.
Just for your information, it’s necessary to complete the e-Arrival form for Cambodia in addition to the visa, which we did on a tablet at the airport.
We also thank you for your support throughout our trip. I’m attaching a few photos that reflect our wonderful journey, which we won’t forget anytime soon.
Have a good evening, and our best regards to Thien".

Hello,
We booked this tour at the last minute, and Kampá Tour didn’t disappoint with their prompt organization. Our guide, Thao, was fantastic—full of energy, humor, and knowledge. We spent a lot of time on boats, drifting along the rivers and canals. We loved cycling through the quiet palm groves and cruising through the narrow waterways by sampan in Mekong Delta.
A special thank you to the entire team at Kampá Tour. We spent 15 days in a wonderful country, with remarkable people, extraordinary landscapes, and a fascinating culture... Our return flight on Sunday was also perfect, and we have already been back at work since Monday... but with many images of Vietnam still in our heads and hearts 😊
Best regards,
Pier-Luc Desbiens
Dear Ms. Thanh LE,
We are already back in Toulouse, and we didn’t realize how quickly time flew by.
Our 18-day Vietnam tour (August-September 2024) was an unforgettable experience.
First of all, we would like to thank your agency, "Kampá Tour," and especially you, Ms. Thanh Le. This trip, organized by your agency, was remarkably well-prepared, with representatives always attentive to our needs. The selection of hotels and destinations was meticulously planned. During our stay, we had five guides who were always there for us, making us live magical moments. A special thanks to Nhi and Lam. We loved our experiences in Sapa, Hue, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, the Imperial City, and many other places (the list is long).
Regarding safety, it was very reassuring, and we felt well taken care of before and during the trip. On the first day, we had the chance to meet you at your Hanoi office, where you handed us the documents for our tour. I highly recommend this customizable program. The support is excellent, and the guides and drivers were friendly and available, which is very comforting when traveling to the other side of the world. The accommodations were wonderfully chosen, and the food was excellent. We are already eager to return.
Thank you to your agency, "Kampá Tour," and thank you to YOU.
Best regards,
Brigitte and Jean-Luc
